· For national buyers, Taru Vatika ships its products through a registered and licensed domestic courier company.
· We provide delivery of plants only in India.
· Ordered products are shipped within 3-5 business days or according to the delivery date mentioned by the customer at the time of placing the order with us. The delivery of the shipments is subject to the norms of the courier companies.
· We take utmost care in shipping plants and ensure to pack them to sustain the logistics conditions.
· Make sure that the correct delivery address is provided to us so that your products can reach you on time.
· Taru Vatika does not hold itself liable for any delay in the delivery from the courier company. We only take a guarantee of handing over the shipment to the courier company within 7 business days from the date of placing the order and making the payment.
· The delivery of the ordered products will only be made at the address provided by the customer. Taru Vatika is not liable for any damages to the ordered products while they are in transit to the destination of the buyer.
Shipping and delivery policy for services
· The confirmation of the delivery of orders will be made on the registered mail id of the customer provided at the time of registration. In case of any issues related to using our services, you can contact our customer care.
· We do not provide delivery services outside India.
· When a customer orders multiple products, the fee for delivery services is calculated on the basis of the weight of the products. For a single order with multiple products, you will be charged a single delivery fee.
· Separate delivery fees will be charged from a customer if he places orders for different products for different locations.

Taru Vatika only accepts online payment methods for safe and secure payments. We accept debit cards, credit cards, mobile wallets, UPI payments, Paytm, and PayPal for ex-pats.
