· Cancellations of orders will only be entertained if the request is made within 24 hours of the placement of orders. No cancellation will be considered for orders that are communicated to the vendors or shipped.
· No cancellation of orders is accepted for products covered under the same-day delivery category.
· The cancellation of orders placed on special occasions like festivals may take more time than expected due to occasional rush.
· If you receive any damaged products, please share the images of the plants with our customer care team as soon as possible. You must report this within a day of receiving the products.
· If you receive a different product than shown on the website or not meeting your expectations, then you must inform our customer care team within 24 hours of the receipt of the order. The team will consider your complaint and take appropriate action accordingly.

· The refund of orders will only be possible in case of dead or damaged plants.
· Orders delivered and accepted by the recipient will not be eligible for a refund. If you feel that the product is not as per the product description provided on the website, you can contact us within 24 hours of receiving the orders.
· Replacement is another method by which you can get your products reordered from us in case of damages.
The procedure for refund or replacement is as follows:
1. Share the picture of the damaged plants or other products received by you from us through your registered mail ID on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the products.
2. After we check the details in the picture of the damaged plant or other product shared by you, the team at Taru Vatika will decide whether your order is meant for refund or replacement.
3. Replacement is the first point of action that we consider in case of dried or damaged plants.
4. In case of refunds, it will take 7-10 business days to reflect the amount of your order in your account. The refund will be made in the same mode with which you made the payment for the order.
This is a rare remedy provided to the customers who place orders with our website. For this, you need to share a picture of the damaged or wilted plants with us.
Please note that plants are perishable items and may get damaged during the delivery process by the courier company. As they are delicate, it is difficult for them for tolerate the hard logistics conditions. However, when you take proper care of the plants, they revive again. This is what we advise our customers who place their requests for return of orders.
